Inspired by Tasmania’s ancient cool temperate rainforests, this unique, hand-crafted spirit features native sassafras, whose origins stem back to Gondwanan times over 55 million years ago.
The 100-year-old bakehouse produces delicious fresh wood-fired sourdough bread made from the finest local ingredients.
