This web site is owned and operated by Martin Wohlgemuth (ABN 39 337 452 842) trading as Bakehouse Distillery and will be referred to as “We”, “our” and “us” in these Terms of Use, Privacy and Trade. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use which are set out herein.

These Terms of Use, Privacy and Trade apply to all social media forums in which We refer to our Products, to the extent permitted by law.

IT IS ILLEGAL in Australia to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. In Tasmania, see Liquor Licensing Act 1990, and regulations.

By placing an order with us You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence in Australia to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing liquor as a gift. We, or our couriers, may request photo ID with proof of age before accepting Your online order or at the time of delivery.

When using this web site You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted to our web site from time to time. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions You may not use this web site.

TRADE

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging or an alternative negotiated with us by phone/email.

To complete your return, we require your electronic receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original bottling.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of two working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund at the expiry of seven days after being notified as above, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

We use Australia Post to deliver our retail sales orders throughout Australia. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery can proceed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Australia Post and their delivery services.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping the return item sale price over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
